BOP.ADD.400 Responsibilities of the pilot-in-command

The pilot-in-command shall comply with both of the following:

1. the relevant requirements of the operator's occurrence reporting scheme referred to in point BOP.ADD.025;
2. all flight and duty time limitations and rest requirements applicable to his or her activities in accordance with the national law of the Member State where the operator has its principal place of business.
